Details of the role

**Key responsibilities

- Monitor the execution of IPB Agile regulatory projects related to applicable local and global laws and regulations, including the review of the regulatory commitments and the development of responses to new regulations

- Support the entire IPB agile organization in the analysis and monitoring of the Agile Book of Work, Group Audit Finding/Actions as well as in the preparation of IPB Agile Italy ceremonies documentation

- Ensure interactions and collaboration on a timely basis with global Regulatory and Risk teams

- Interact with the other Tribe Domains in order to keep the entire regulatory Agile planning up to date with regards to new/changes in the existing regulations

- Prepare presentations and working documents to support the execution of the above tasks

**Your skills and experiences

- Experience in Project Management

- Good understanding of banking services

- Curious, accountable, innovative, solution-oriented, persuasive personality with thorough analytical approach

- Able to work independently and to interact with Senior management

- Excellent verbal and writing skills in Italian and in English (Fluency in English)

- Excellent skills to work with colleagues in a collaborative and constructive manner

- Ability to produce high quality reports / presentations

- Conducting oneself with the highest professional standards
