We're looking for a

**Business Analyst** in the Retail business line.

The

**main responsibilities** of the role are:

- Supervision of assigned customers;

- Collecting Client requirements against projects, analyzing the existing situation and formalizing in a document what has been collected from the functional analysis;

- Active participation and constant collaboration with the several teams assigned to the activities to be monitored;

- Assisting the Project Manager to ensuring achievement of approved timelines and costs;

- Daily interaction with various business functions (BU, Delivery, etc. )

and collaborative relationships with company Managers;

- Boosting customer presence with a focus on Cross Selling.

**The role requires possession of the following qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the same role;

- Knowledge of processes in Retail, particularly for logistics, commercial and operational processes of stores;

- Basic knowledge of Project Management methodologies (mainly "waterfall");

- Active listening and attention to customers and colleagues;

- Flexibility and availability to travel;

- Ability to mediate and seek balance;

The professional profile is completed by excellent listening and observation skills, excellent relationship and interaction skills, communication, empathy, problem solving, determination and attitude to work closely with people.

The work location will be ours Milan site with availability to travel to other

TESISQUARE® offices and Clients.
