Join in and feel the difference. Job Description Robert Bosch Italyis looking for a Business Analyst, Sales and Performance to join theMobility Aftermarketsales team.
This role plays a strategic part in managing and optimizingKPIs, supporting the sales team with adata-driven approach, and drivingcustomer-centric strategic planning. Key Responsibilities KPI Management & Reporting • Act as thecontrol towerfor business KPIs.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and updatekey performance indicators.
• Prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings.
• Collaborate with theSales AdministrationandFinancedepartments to manage performance indicators.
Performance Planning & Analysis • Support theSales Directorin settingperformance targetsand tracking business opportunities.
• Serve asKey Userfor the CRM system to manage sales opportunities.
• Develop and manageSales Performance Dashboards, analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product.
• Analyze results and proposestrategic and corrective actions.
• Monitor the implementation of initiatives and assess their impact.
• Identifybest practicesand share them within the team.
• Manage the sales module of thepricing toolto propose special deals.
New Market Launch & Support • Conductgeomarketingactivities to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and propose strategic actions.
• Responsible for new sales channels development Price Benchmarking • Act as an intermediary betweenMarketing and Salesfor price benchmarking initiatives. Qualifications • Degreein a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experiencein a similar role.
• Technical skills:Proficiency inOffice Tools, Power BI, andGoogle Suite, programming languages.
• Languages: Fluent inItalian and English.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
