Business Analyst - Strategic CEO ProjectsJOB PURPOSE/ROLE

The candidate will be required to provide support to the Strategic CEO Projects Function across different activities ranging from C-level presentations to dedicated quantitative analysis, to support the organization and deployment of the Strategic Projects of the Company.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of project plans, monitoring, and reporting project progress to ensure they are in line with agreed timelines, calculating and monitoring KPIs, and creating presentations, interfacing with Business functions to support the achievement of all required activities.

The candidate will also be asked to analyze financial reports, market research, and operating procedures to improve business activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support in the management and control phases of the projectsRun quantitative analysis and prepare dedicated reportsDevelop presentations for top managementEnsure support for the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiativesProactively interface with other Business functions and consultantsKEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or equivalentPrevious experience (e. g. , 1-2 years) in the insurance or financial sector or consultancy would be an advantageVery proficient with Excel, Access, and PowerPointAbility to work independently as well as engage and interact with different stakeholdersProactive approachFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
