Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business and strategy teams to translate re-engineered processes into actionable requirements, user stories, and use cases. Work directly with key stakeholders to analyze and define new features for company's advanced internal platform.

This platform, developed entirely in-house, is composed of a microservices web application, data warehouse, business intelligence, and data visualization systems. Serve as the primary liaison with IT teams, managing system requirements and overseeing their implementation. Utilize Agile methodologies to write user stories, lead daily stand-ups, prioritize backlogs, and demonstrate iteration deliverables to stakeholders. Drive the success of the company by implementing solutions that enhance existing business processes and proactively propose innovative ideas to address challenges and opportunities, often before being requested by the business. Ensure that new business-requested features can impact and seamlessly integrate across all system components, from the web application to business intelligence tools. Employ strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, both in-person and remotely. Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and spoken, within a multinational business environment. Maintain a holistic view of end-to-end solutions, understanding how they integrate with business objectives and evolve to address new challenges. QualificationsProven experience defining software requirements for complex products as a Business Analyst or a similar role in Agile environments. Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Expertise in Agile practices, including user story creation and backlog prioritization. Experience developing and delivering business processes and working with third-party vendors to implement end-to-end solutions. Background in Financial Services with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented, capable of working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Knowledge and SkillsBusiness Analyst experience within a Debt Collection (NPL) environment. Hands-on experience implementing Debt Collection systems. Familiarity with transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Knowledge of Core Banking systems or experience in 106banks or IT-related companies. Understanding of cloud environments and their applications.
