**Business Analytics - Analyst

**Principal accountabilities**:

- Co-shape the commercial strategy and roadmap of E. ON Italy, becoming the leading partner for green energy needs in Italy;

- Assist on assessment of large-scale growth and / or optimization opportunities - across all parts of the business and its value chain;

- Support on orchestration of multi-stakeholder set-ups, internally (areas within E. ON Italy) and on Group Level (e. g. , E. ON Central Team; E. ON other countries) within the execution of large scale projects and / or programmes;

- Identify, select and possibly customize the most useful tools for collecting and analyzing data and developing solutions to support the realization of E. ON Italy commercial plans;

- Produce solid analyzes accompanied by factual data;

- Identify potential project issues and share them promptly with the rest of the team;

- Communicate ideas and proposals in a clear, structured, brief and incisive way.

**Formal education / professional experience required for job**:

- University Master's degree or equivalent;

- Structured and analytical way of working;

- Self-driven and assertive personality;

- Impact-focused and results-driven mentality;

- Strong team player and collaborative style of working;

- Good communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise messages and communications to top management, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
