Purpose_
As Business Analytics Head, You will be:
- Accountable for collaborating daily with GSK Business Leaders to support and implement high-quality data-driven decisions.
- Accountable for leading a team of Business Analysts to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency with company projects, processes, and procedures.
- Accountable for developing advanced data modelling techniques, predictive data modelling, and analytical techniques in collaboration with Digital & Tech to interpret key business data results and leverage this information in initiatives that will support business outcomes.
**_ In this role, you will_
- Responsible for safeguarding the company's reputation through behaviors that comply with current regulations and the company's values, codes, and regulations (Code of Ethics, procedures, etc. ).
- Responsible for organizing and successfully completing data analysis initiatives through effective management of the Business Analyst team and cross-functional teams (e. g. , Data Analysts in Digital & Tech department), ensuring effective collaboration.
- Responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze the performance of business functions by defining performance metrics, streamlining, and optimizing business processes on reports and analytics; then, will communicate the communicating the results of data insight initiatives and their business impacts to the Company's stakeholders; manages the Sales Force Incentive Plan process by involving all stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing and optimizing processes for data acquisition, validation, extraction, and engineering, as well as the results of modelling, visualization, and communication of data analysis.
- Responsible for coordinating the flow of requests from Business Units to the Analytics teams, including any local/global suppliers, developing an effective collaboration with Business Excellence Partners.
- Acts as the POC for Global in working groups that include Data & Analytics, including the development of dashboards in the DDCX (e. g. , Digital and Omnichannel), SFI network, other Performance analysis.
- Coordinates Segmentation & Targeting processes, Call Plan definition, Field line setup and restructuring, and all Sales Force Effectiveness activities.
- Manages a team of resources by identifying development needs and preparing related plans. Provides continuous and structured coaching, evaluates performance and potential. Ensures fairness in compensation and recognition interventions.

**Basic Qualifications & Skills**:
**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals**:
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical company, with Analytical role with responsibilities for monitoring, business insights, and managing digital and multichannel data and/or Business position overseeing Commercial areas (Marketing, Sales, Medical).
- Business Management background, studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analysis
- Sector regulations and laws as well as company regulations (Ethical & Legal Compliance).
- Practical knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analysis, mapping, data collection from multiple data systems; understanding and experience in using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, data analysis, and the ability to derive actionable recommendations for the company's BUs.
- Fluency in English
- Project Management, Organizational skill, Business Acumen, Analysis, and Negotiation skills.
**Preferred qualification**:
- Previous experience as People Manager would be a plus.
