We are looking for a lawyer with expertise in music and recording industry law to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating recording contracts, managing music licenses, overseeing repertoire rights, and ensuring legal compliance in the entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, deal memos, and talent agreements.

• Providing legal support on copyright, licensing, and intellectual property rights.

• Ensuring compliance with entertainment laws and regulations.

• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate business operations and strategic deals.

• Offering legal guidance on corporate matters, partnerships, and new business opportunities.

• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Law (or equivalent) – Preferably an Italian-qualified lawyer.

2+ years of experience in Business & Legal Affairs, ideally within music, media, or entertainment.

Strong understanding of contract law, entertainment regulations, and IP rights.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English and Italian.
