Assioma. net, a company belonging to the Fintech branch of the TXT Group, a leader in Italy in the world of Consulting and System Integration, is looking for a Business Analyst who has gained experience in a banking context with excellent communication and process representation skills.

You will find a young and dynamic context, innovative projects for primary clients in banking and insurance.

**What will you do**:

Collection and analysis of the Client's Business Requirements/IT solutions;

Writing functional and technical analysis for Client validation and supporting the development team during the implementation phase;

UAT testing activities (upon completion of developments).

**Skills you already have**:

Bachelor's degree in technical/scientific disciplines or equivalent culture;

Previous experience in the role on banking projects;

Knowledge of customer onboarding processes is appreciated;

Excellent communication and synthesis skills;

Good standing and excellent interpersonal skills at various levels;

Dynamism, efficiency, flexibility and autonomy;

Intrapreneurship and and problem solving-oriented mindset;
