- Experience working in global environments and organizations.

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive the business execution (Go-to-Market) within Italy to exceed the team's annual and quarterly business goals.
- Collaborate with the wider Google business organization to develop scaled business strategies, drive pipeline, and provide oversight to the overall BAP pipeline health.
- Provide accurate reporting on business activity and forecasting within your region and actively lead and monitor demand generation activities.
- Engage at the C-level with enterprise customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as an executive advisor to the leadership within our customers' executives.
