About the Role

Responsibilities

- Engaging with Business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, assess the scope, define the solution, determine business benefits, identify use cases and design a roadmap to meet the business goals

- Acting as IT Product Owner by governing scope and enhancing solution agility and integrity workstreams

- Performing estimates and manage planning

- Supporting end-to-end solution delivery in cooperation with SAP Industrial Operations Managerand IT Vendors

- Performing validation checks during build & deployment phases to ensure alignment with approved architecture designs.

- Assisting in the testing process (UAT) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experienceApplication support and training of end-usersDevelop and maintain the ERP solution according to Group strategic guidelines

- Support in functional analysis & customizing of SAP S/4 HANA modules (WM/MM/PP) based on business requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in integrating SAP modules, specifically WM/MM with PP, QM and SD

- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to SAP Logistics.

Requirements

- MSc in Management Engineering or in STEM

- 3+ years of experience in the same role and function;

- Proficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specifications;

- Previous experience in SAP implementation projects and data migration;

- Deep knowledge in SAP customizing modules WM (Warehouse structure in WM system, Basic Stock Management, Production Staging, Warehouse Movements, Put away and Picking Strategies, Storage Unit Management, Mobile Data Entry

- RF, and Bar Code devices. )

and MM/Logistics (Inventory Management, Delivery Management);

- Experience in integration of SAP with external WMS system operated by 3PL providers

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP;

- Strong business acumen and good proficiency in Excel

- Ability to be resourceful and responsive in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence;

- Ability to deliver basic SAP training to end-users.

- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with strong accountability managing own tasks;

- Proficient English both written and oral;

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- System Integration consulting experience is a plus;

- SAP Certification is a plus;

- Knowledge of PP/QM module and Material variant and configuration is a plus;
