Business Consultant, Insurance Services
We are looking for a Business Consultant who will work in a high-performance consulting environment in the Insurance Services Delivery.
You will be working on exciting projects and create client impact.
You will participate in analyzing consolidated financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, financial planning and management control in order to follow a Corporate Performance Management project and vertical solutions implementation.
The team is responsible for the successful delivery of the CCH Tagetik products to our customers.
The team members work with the client every step of the way ensuring that the product is successfully deployed either in proof of concept, Development and Test as well as Production environments.
The solution can be integrated with the customer's internal systems, in line with the specification documents, ensuring the service is delivered on time and on budget.
Post-delivery the team continue to support the customer for maintenance and future improvements and updates.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Support to configuring, building, setting up all features and functions for software implementations, translating business requirements into system requirements
- Documenting all relevant client and project information, system changes, and project hours worked
- Contribute to develop trusted client relationships vital to the success of the project, maintaining an understanding of client business goals and challenges and to ensure client needs are understood and met.
- Providing detailed reports of work completed to clients on a regular basis
- Support to oversee transition of implementation projects and ensures clients are fully prepared to use the system independently within specified time.
- Support to manage communication strategy with Partners for assigned managed services proactively keeping clients informed on product updates and our initiatives
- Encouraging client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik products and services
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum experience in Consulting or Insurance, preferably related to Solvency2, IFRS17, IVASS, etc.
- Should be able to translate complex customer requirements and building configuration options, with the ability to guide clients through decision-making process
- Good technology knowledge and business acumen
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- System Integration experience and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work as functional lead on the assigned projects
- Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Confident communication style with strong presentation skills
- Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team
- Fluent in English
