Talent Solutions, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for aBusiness ControllerFor a fixed term contract – 12 months Functionally reporting to the Business Controller the resource will be part of the Italian Pharma Manufacturing Controlling department.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting budget preparation and periodically analyzing actual manufacturing costs; Assisting in year and month end P&L closing; Preparing periodic reports for local and corporate analysis; Controlling production consumption and yields; Calculating transfer prices, reconciling inventories and evaluating obsolescence reserve; Learning what other departments do and working with them on collaborative projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Economics, Accounting; Minimum experience (6 months/1 year) in the role; Strong Excel skills, experience with AS400, SAP and BI software; Fluency in English; Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team, analytical skills and good understanding of cost systems, knowledge of manufacturing environment and processes is a plus; ability to work in a team, knowledge sharing. Masters Degree in Economis/Accounting; minimum experience in controlling; fluency in English
