We are currently looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance & Administration department, in the Planning & Control team.

He/she will be entrusted with a specific line of business, dealing with the following activities:

Support to the business in KPIs monitoring and reporting, in commercial and financial planning, budgeting and forecasting both for the HQ and foreign BranchesAnalysis of monthly/forecast/budget trend and variances and commentary explaining the relevant changesPreparation and development of reports for the Management or company functions involved. Maintenance and improvement of the reporting systems/toolsDesign new reports and dashboards in order to efficiently explain the financial results to the boardREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's/Master's degree preferable in Economics/Management Engineering/Business AdministrationPrevious experience in the role as Controller / Planning & Control at least one year gained in medium-structured and international companiesAppreciated experience in consulting companies and/or banking contextsFluent Italian mandatory, excellent English both oral and writtenExcellent command of the Office package, in particular ExcelDemonstrated financial reporting and analysis proficiencyAbility to work to strict deadlines; analytical skills and high attention to details; ability to set priorities and give clear directions; result-driven personality and high energy complete the profileSeniority levelEntry level
