General information: To support our team within our Business Unit Grid Integration, we are looking for a Business Controller to lead e-mobility financial operations, located in Milan, Italy.

Do you have relevant finance experience in financial controlling roles ideally in international company in a growth business and a desire to be part of the transformational business, then we are looking forward to meeting you.

Responsibilities: Finance Business Partnering to General Manager of e-mobility business Responsibility for the financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, actual monthly performance, and business reporting of e-mobility businesses Preparation and updates of business plan of e-mobility Preparation and monitoring of business cases and investments in R&D, Capex, working capital and footprint of e-mobility Collaboration with finance teams in regions to define and implement optimal operating model for e-mobility business - move from projects to product business Financial support and oversight of strategic partnership with suppliers and other partners Support cost optimization initiatives to increase competitiveness of e-mobility offerings Responsible for financial control of tenders, projects in execution and project in warranty through respective risk reviews, project reviews, business reviews and other governance measures for e-mobility Global financial coordination and alignment with other Hitachi Energy Businesses on tenders and projects in execution for e-mobility projects Support in business development and business efficiency projects Your background: Qualified in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting Relevant experience ideally in an international company and high growth business Strong interpersonal, business partnering skills Strategic and operational, hands-on, team player Proven track record in driving process improvements Very good command of English and Italian, German will be a plus Digitally savvy, knowledge of SAP and data analytics systems, keen on digitalization and automation
