We are looking for a Business Controller Intern to join our Central Function – Finance in our Beauty Business Unit, based in our HQ in Milan.

How you make the difference You will make the difference by supporting financial analysis and decision-making processes that directly contribute to the profitability and efficiency of the Beauty Business Unit.

The intern will assist in providing accurate financial data and insights, ensuring financial management and compliance with corporate financial policies.

How your agenda looks like: Financial Reporting: Support in preparing financial reports, tracking budgets, and variance analysis. Data Collection: Assist in gathering and consolidating financial data from various departments. Cost Control: Help monitor expenses and contribute to budgeting processes. Internal Audits: Support audit preparations and ensure compliance with financial policies. Participation in the S&OP process, particularly in step 1 (marketing) and step 2 (trade-sales). Participation in the month-end closing process, with a focus on revenue and marketing/advertising expenses. Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special financial projects, offering analytical support. Your team: You will directly report to the Business Controlling Supervisor di Beauty - Collistar.

How you look like: Education: You have a master's degree, or three years bachelor followed by a master's degree, in Economics, Finance or Management, with an interest to undertake a path of growth in the field of Finance. Technical Skills: You have a good knowledge of the Office package and Excel and strong analytical skills. Local Language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
