Summary:Act as right hand to the Senior VP Global Operations to ensure financial and other objectives are achieved.

Point of contact between the Division and the finance function.

The Candidate will directly report to the Head of Business Control.

The Candidate need to: Support both strategic and operational business analysis to facilitate business growthManage and execute Controlling activities within the global operationsSupport, guide and challenge the business functions The Role: Drive for results inside the division to achieve the financial targets and other KPIsSupport the division in front of customers and be an integral part of the risk review processManage and support the risk review process for new deals in the divisionOwn the budget & forecasting process and delivery for the operation departmentManage working capital levels and drive efficient order to cash process and efficient inventory levelsMonitor and drive performance from key customer contracts, such as those governed by percentage of completion accountingWork closely with other controllers to investigate and correct operational/financial issues. Manage the internal reporting package including operating metrics, financial controls and performance indicators that will help in improving business performance. Implement and maintain cost controlling, profitability analysis and variance analysisEnsure solid internal control systems are in place following corporate guidance and take corrective action when requiredIdentify and push for continuous improvements, cost reductions and optimize net working capital and cash flow Requirements: Bachelor's degree requiredStrong experience in Finance, controlling and management reportingFluent in English and Italian, knowledge of other languages will be considered a plusSolid Controlling background developed within multinational production companiesStrongly business oriented - Mandatory past experience in contract manufacturing companiesBI tools and highly proficient in the use of MS OfficeAbility to understand details and the big pictureStructured and analyticalHigh understanding of manufacturing environmentStrong experience in business controlling, business support, working with management teams & sales teams rather than just internal finance function Candidates not in line with the requirements will not be considered.
