The Management Controller performs analysis on business and financial data, providing the Management, Country Managers, and EMEA functions with all the information needed to develop business strategies and follow operating cost evolution.

Participate in budget reviews process, by directly following his/her reference area and taking responsibility for data submission to HQ, according to Group requirements.

Develop specific reports for the Management to monitor business performance and KPI.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular channel/country reviews on sales performance, margins and operating costs evolution and, other main expenditures at store level/channel level

- Collaborate as a business partner with the EMEA's management to develop and provide business analysis, regularly monitor key indicators, and analyze periodical financial statements to support management to make the proper business decision concerning the established Budget

- Provide timely feedback to the management in case of gaps vs. budget, supporting decisions and actions

- Closely works with the Heads of Operations and Business Departments to identify and propose performance improvement and cost reduction opportunities

- Participate in the preparation of Yearly Budget and reviews (P&L, B/S, Cash Forecast), by taking responsibility for his/her reference area

- Collaborate with the Finance Department in any ad hoc activities

**Profile**:

Skills and abilities required:

- University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; postgraduate degree in Finance or an MBA is a plus

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance; the luxury retail industry is a plus

- Knowledge of advanced accounting principles and procedures

- Good organizational, analytical, and planning skills

- Problem solver and able to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

- Communicative and service-oriented professional able to personally relate with several stakeholders

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Hyperion HFM, Smart View, SAP working knowledge, and advanced use of Excel is a plus

- Fluent in English
