Business Controlling Manager - Pelletteria Richemont Firenze
About the job The Business Controlling Manager will be in charge of the Controlling operations for the Central functions (Management, BOS, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, HR, IT, Customer Service and Quality) and will collaborate with 6 Industrial divisions across 5 Richemont brands.
S/he will support the implementation of Group policies and IFRS and contribute to periodic reporting and closing processes.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Lead the Business & Industrial Controlling team (4 resources) Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes Contribute to the reporting closing processes Coordinate and oversee the cost planning and controlling of Maisons, ensuring the delivery of qualitative and accurate financial information, in areas of: Financial planning (budgets and LE preparation processes and forecasting) Capital investment proposal and analysis Financial performance (function operating costs and KPI analysis on a monthly basis) Formulate periodical business reviews, forecasts and long-term financial goals and lead implementation and development of internal financial controls.
Develop and monitor business performance metrics ICS Leader for the organization KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS Very good understanding of the cost elements at various stages of production till the finished goods dispatch; Very good knowledge of P&L cost structure based on standards costs and deviation; Accuracy in managing high volume, complex data Team player with ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement opportunities, be proactive in development of team members Preferred knowledge of SAP R/3 (modules CO-FI-PM-PS) and BW.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and organize workload accordingly to meet organizational deadlines HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Business Administration/ Economics & Management Master's Degree 8+ years of experience as Controller in complex Industrial environments (One or more experiences in Luxury and/or Fashion industries is a strong plus) A previous experience as an Auditor in a Big 4 Company is a strong plus Fluent English and Italian Good attitude to work with ERP System (a good knowledge of SAP FI/CO/PM/PS/ BI will be considered as a plus) Skilled in MS Office, Proficiency in Excel (Pivot etc. )
