Job Purpose

The Business data operation specialist is a high-skilled and reliable expert in data management and stakeholders support.

The role is essential to Corporate operations processes, as he/she is responsible for the ultimate asset in a data-drive company like Samsung Italia: data quality.

He/she will guard and monitor the Samsung-Customer sales data exchanges, coordinating the automatic/semi-automatic PSI (procurement, sales, inventory) data collection and manipulation.

As a key part of this role, he/she needs to communicate frequently and effectively with Customers (operators, retailers or distributors) to coordinate the data exchange and to perform troubleshooting; furthermore, as part of the Business innovation team, he/she will drive the innovation in the data management processes in order to increase reliability, timeliness and efficiency.

**Rôle et Responsabilités

**Key Responsibilities

**Manage and optimize sales data flows**:

- Implement and configure the data collection and processing flows for new Customers

- Monitor data flows of existing customer; identify issues and proactively solve them with Customers and internal data owners

- Be the focal point on Sales data for Sales, Finance and Customer support

- Collaborate con Data governance and Innovation colleagues in order to continuously improve Data operations

**Support master data management and quality monitoring**:

- In partnership with Data governance and its analysts, update and check regularly the product and customer master data mapping, monitor and improve data quality dashboards, and provide actionable insights on Customer behaviour.

**Skills and Qualifications

**Qualifications/Requirements

**- Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in quantitative disciplines will be considered a plus

- At least 2-3 years experiences in a similar analytical role in Multinational companies

- High proficiency in Excel

- Fluent command of English

- Good knowledge of IT data systems (like ERP and Business Intelligence/Dashboarding tools)

- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize analyses and actions autonomously

- Strong Analytical skills and communication skills

- Precision, attention to details and a taste for lean operations
