Job Title**: Business Development Manager

With a strong foundation in technology leadership, NplusT now aims to expand its business globally, with a primary focus on the US, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan.
Our headquarter is located in Italy, in the Umbria region.
**Position**: As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team, product managers, and sales partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieving sales goals in terms of revenue and alignment with company strategies by**:
- Coordinating with the marketing team to generate leads.
- Identifying and pursuing new accounts and opportunities directly or through sales partners.
- Developing, negotiating, and closing deals.
- **Managing and motivating the mainly external sales organization by**:
- Setting individual sales targets and overseeing activities.
- Tracking sales performance and reporting results regularly.
- Developing and managing the sales department's budget.
- **Expanding and evolving the sales organization by**:
- Cultivating strategic partnerships aligned with the company's goals.
- Introducing workflows and methodologies.
- **Supporting the company's long-term strategies by**:
- Gathering market intelligence and customer insights to enhance the company's product offerings.
- Promoting the organization and its products to target markets.
- Defining the company's annual sales targets.
**Requested Profile**:
- At least 3 years of experience in coordinating business development activities, developing sales networks, and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge and experience in equipment and instrumentation sales within either the semiconductor or storage industry.
Experience in selling software products is a plus.
- A reasonably sized industry network would be advantageous.
- Preferred, but not mandatory, a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with a proactive attitude, energy, and a passion for learning and adapting to new situations.
- A self-starter with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
