You will play a crucial role in identifying those clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning our Studio as the ideal partner for driving innovation in HMI, UX/UI, Digital Solutions, and much more. Through go-to-market strategies and relationship-building, you will help organizations see how our expertise can open up new business opportunities, elevate product and service experiences, and help shape the future of mobility. Your Objectives: Collaborate with the Business Development Team to craft go-to-market strategies; Identify and actively pursue new clients for Interaction/HMI projects; Manage the entire sales cycle, with a focus on creating customized presentations that synthesize complex technical and design concepts into compelling business proposals; Represent Granstudio at international events, fairs, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise in digital and physical product innovation. Your Expertise and Background: Proven experience in sales and/or business development, in areas related to Interaction Design, Experience Design, HMI, UX/UI, User Research, digital transformation, product innovation; Ability to build and deliver effective presentations to international audiences, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills and public speaking skills; International experience, either through study or work, is a plus, as it allows you to connect with clients in global markets and helps you bring a global perspective.
