? ? Key Responsibilities: Expand our client base with media agencies and consumer brands by identifying key opportunities and establishing new strategic partnerships. Focus on Sales and Development of Media Engagement & Gift Card distribution in two key markets:Brand and Industry (e. g. , retailers & consumer brands). Media Agencies. Work closely with media clients and brands to understand their unique needs, then create and offer tailored solutions that meet their specific media and Gift Cards objectives. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiating and closing contracts, while always focusing on delivering results. Partner with internal marketing and media planning teams to craft competitive and effective media strategies, ensuring that we meet the latest trends and best practices in the market. Monitor and manage sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to assess results and optimize strategies. Keep an eye on business development performance and market trends to ensure our business strategies are ahead of the curve and relevant to the current landscape, providing regular reports on progress and achievements. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and stay loyal. Contribute to shaping the company's growth strategy in the media sector, keeping us at the forefront of the competition. ? ? Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Business Developer or Account Manager in media agencies or with brands. Strong understanding of the media market, advertising channels, and digital platforms. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a strong customer orientation. Experience managing the full sales cycle in the media industry, with a focus on delivering results.
