Responsibilities:Driving front line sales growth, primarily with new and strategically important customers and prospects (mainly System Integrator and OEM) within the Industry vertical.
Representing Danfoss Drives within the Industry vertical, following and influencing short-term or long-term trends, leading product & solution offering and strategy.
Being the industry spokesperson, coaching, guiding, and supporting the sales teams to find new growth opportunities.
Securing Danfoss visibility by educating/training the markets and connecting in industry trade associations, exhibitions, publishing white papers, and marketing activities.
Building and sharing application knowledge and best practices within the organization.
Developing and delivering solutions with Project Teams and influencing communication with marketing resources tailored to market needs/trends and Danfoss strategic priorities.
Ensuring bi-directional information flow between the market, sales team, and global teams when necessary.
Studying the industry vertical to identify the right approach, following customer needs, market trends, competition strategy, and activities.
Driving the push and pull strategy in close cooperation with the sales team in the industry vertical.
Reporting activities and data analysis related to selling and Market Intelligence.
Using Danfoss's tools and relationships with internal stakeholders as Sales Engineer, Marketing, and Technical Support, selecting and proposing the most competitive Danfoss Solution.
Supporting the sales strategies within the achievements of the budget.
Minimum Requirements:Master's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent culture – knowledge in drives, electric motors, and automation is a plus.
+5 years of experience gained in middle structured Multinational companies, in a similar role within the knowledge of the reference market.
Negotiation and organizational skills with strong goal orientation.
Strong knowledge of English Language (written and spoken).
Skilled in presenting to large audiences.
Customer and growth-oriented mindset with strong analytical ability.
Interpersonal skills with a result-oriented mindset, focused on teamwork.
Global mindset and excellent oral and written communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels of the organization.
