About theRoleWe're looking for a Business Development & Partnership Manager to drive the growth of our indirect sales channel and establish strategic partnerships in the employee benefits sector. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Indirect Sales and Strategic Partnerships to manage client negotiations introduced by our stakeholders and actively expand our partner network.
On a typical day, you will. . .
Lead commercial negotiations with clients referred by our partners (e. g. , labor consultants, accountants, law firms, business consultants, B2B freelancers, associations, and unions). Identify, engage, and onboard new partners to grow the network and increase the volume of qualified leads. Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders, ensuring continuous engagement and mutual success. Monitor referral performance and deal outcomes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimisations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and partners. Analyse market trends and business development opportunities within the B2B landscape. About You3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or account management in a B2B environment. Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with the ability to manage complex deals. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a talent for strategic networking. Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written), as both will be used daily. A curious and proactive mindset, always eager to stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, seeing challenges as opportunities for creativity and growth. Willingness to step outside your comfort zone, while recognizing when to seek support. A results-driven approach, with a strong ability to set and achieve goals. Comfort with data analysis, performance tracking, and working with spreadsheets for reporting and decision-making. Familiarity with the employee benefits market or experience in a related sector is a plus. Salary rangeFor this position we have a total gross (RAL)package of €35. 000 to €45. 000(plus Meal Vouchers, a dedicated Welfare plan &other Benefits you can check below).
