Aiming to strengthen our Oil & Gas Department for an important project based in Florence, Italy, we are recruiting a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROGRAM MANAGER - ENGINEERING SERVICES - OIL & GAS Job location: Florence Roles & Responsibilities: He/ She will be responsible for maintaining and managing relationship with Customers in the region and exploring opportunities for business growth.
He/ She will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating cost-effective methods of engagement while providing engineering solutions and services to our Customers.
He/ She will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity.
He/She will be responsible (but not limited to) for Business development (Revenue Growth) Plan for optimum resource utilization & workload continuity Handhold, guide & mentor the team to improve technical competency of the team Drive Knowledge Management, Continuous improvement & Productivity improvement initiatives P&L of the Program Delivery excellence and serve as single point of contact with all the stake holders internally and externally Developing and maintaining great customer relationships by building trust with flawless execution Articulate business value by understanding customer needs and Quest-Global capabilities for a win-win proposition.
Required Skills (Technical Competency): 10 years of working experience & managing a team/program of multidisciplinary engineering services knowledge of package integration with focus on Mechanical and Instrument disciplines: Piping class, material selection, instrument selection and installation Proficient knowledge of industry codes and standards Should be able to prepare Project Scheduling, monitoring, and control and maintain OTD and Quality of the Engineering documents, timely execution Show a sense of urgency on a daily basis to manage deliverables to ensure stakeholder satisfaction, proactively seek customer feedback and pivot as needed Excellent project management skills to balance cost, scope and schedule.
Be able to understand evolving customer needs and tailor engineering solutions to drive value to customer.
Desired Skills: BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience in Oil & Gas industry would be preferential Proficient with English, Italian (both speaking and writing) Good communication and articulation skills for both technical and non-technical topics Ability to build relationships with Customers, team members and other stakeholders to ensure collaboration.
