In order to expand the structure, we are looking for a Business Development & Strategy Manager. Primary Function The Business Development & Strategy Manager is responsible to provide and deliver strategic data analysis, insights and presentations to senior leadership and functional teams. In this position the candidate identifies, cultivates and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data in the external competitive market as well as from within the organization (e. g. financials) to support business needs. Reporting to the Head of Business Development and International Governance, the candidate is responsible for supporting the company's Strategy and M&A initiatives and strategic planning including financial, market, and operational analysis. The candidate is a business and functional expert with experience managing multiple projects, departments and outside relationships. Creative analysis, independent thought, and a proactive approach to adding value to the organization are key elements of this position. Essential Responsibilities Financial modeling for M&A, joint ventures, project development and financing activities. Strategic Planning: serve as an integral member of company's strategic planning effort to identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities. Market Research and Analysis: competitor analysis, industry trends in key target markets. Assessment of alternative business models. Create presentation materials for executive management, potential partners, and customers. Improvement of internal processes. Qualification/Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's degree in business or equivalent preferred. 4-7 years' work experience in Management Consulting, and/or Business Development, Strategy. Strong PMO skills. Strong quantitative data analysis skills, including advanced Excel modeling skills. Deal structuring experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment. Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong presentational skills. English fluency. Personal qualities required for the position Highly motivated creative thinker. Team player willing to contribute to success in a variety of roles.
