BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
**Main responsibilities**:
- Is responsible for achieving the Order Bookings budget for the assigned sales areas and business segments at budgeted margin level (targets for Net and Gross Profits)
- Directly manages the relationship with the highly educated customers and business partners (cooperations), guaranteeing full satisfaction
- Establishes and adjusts sales prices by monitoring internal cost breakdowns, purchase costs and overheads versus market prices from competitors as well as customer budgets
- Keep reporting and forecasting content (CRM) up to date on a weekly basis
- Collection of general Marketing information (project and investment plans, customer info, product and technology trends, competition info)
- Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, representatives, distributors and other market players in the assigned area
- Develop business plans for specific Sales activities (define the budget of allocated area or business segments) and special projects
- Assists the annual marketing plan (define exhibitions and conferences, events, methods to promote companies in the area)
- Ensures that all sales activities are in line with the company's ethical guidelines
- Propose the hiring of local agents or representatives where necessary
- Agents appointed shall distribute a monthly report to the Area Manager
- Contributions to strategic planning and overall business development of the BU and Group
- Contributes to new product developments ideas and general product improvements
- Contributes to new market segments developments ideas
**Title of study, experience and other knowledge required - Technical skills**:
- Technical degree (Engineering or Computer Science; Physics)
- Experience in the sale of systems for Power Electronics
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility and capability for travelling
