**The main tasks & responsibilities are
- Give active support to the business operations in Customers Centers, (pricing, technical information, ) in order to generate consistent growth in line with divisional objectives.
- Be the trainer for the offered products and increase the expertise in our network.
- Interact with relevant departments to create the documentation required by Customer Centers.
- Continuously maintain and upgrade product documentation on the information platforms.
- Assist the Customer Centers with sizing and selection of the products on a daily base.
- Support the product managers with reliable market research (i. e.
which are the new developing markets?
Screen the competition to be able to anticipate and create i. e.
new products to win market share, listen to the Customers Centers: what are the trends and new products needed?
)
- Collect and interpret pricing information in line with the local competitive situation in order to assure that consistent pricing strategies are implemented.
Make suggestions to adjust pricing.
- Support visitors coming from our Customer Centers and distributors.
**Mission
Ensure that our global Customer Centers are offered an outstanding and most professional Industrial Cooling business support.
**Skills, experience
- Technical-commercial interest in industrial process cooling.
Having some year of experience is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written) and presentation skills.
Other languages are an advantage.
- Dynamic person willing to learn the role of B2B marketing in an international company.
- Team player
- Solid understanding of MS Office
**Educational requirements
- Master in engineering or equivalent through experience.
**Personality requirements
- You are very customer oriented, you are able to establish long lasting relations and networks with people inside the Group.
- You show a drive for result, which means that you put in the effort and the ambition to achieve results and reach the objectives in the given timeframe.
