He/She monitors specific markets supported by the regional hubs to continuously align company strategy and project funnel. Participation in meetings with the marketing and sales teams to review sales goals and present ideas for new business ventures is essential. Regular meetings with headquarters for global coordination on Sales and BD activities and discussions with company executives to review successful leads and gain approval for new projects are also part of the BD & Sales Manager's responsibilities. Main responsibilities and contents Identify and develop possible opportunities in the hydrogen and chlor-alkali market; Develop and maintain client relationships; Coordinate with Proposal and Technical departments to develop proposals that meet client requests and expectations; Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders; Gather useful information from customer and competitor data; Make and deliver presentations to prospects and internal executives. Your profile Skills, qualifications, and abilities Bachelor's degree in business management, industrial technology, or a related discipline; Experience in Sales and Customer relation management (industrial plants); Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Familiarity with project management and execution processes; Familiarity with the chemical plant and/or energy industry; Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions; Ability and willingness to engage with different cultures and travel for meetings with prospects and existing clients.
