Business Development Associate
We are seeking a Business Development Associate with a strong strategic and operational approach, capable of generating business opportunities and managing relationships with partners and C-level decision-makers.
Responsibilities Identify and qualify new clients using LinkedIn and digital tools. Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot) to optimize the sales funnel. Develop support materials for the sales team using PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel. Monitor market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Engage with high-level stakeholders to promote solutions and services. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Strong LinkedIn prospecting and networking skills. Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English. Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset. Additional Information Location: Turin (Hybrid/On-site)
Experience: 3-5 years with proven track record
Education: Degree in Business, Management, or Marketing
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
Tools: HubSpot, Excel, Canva, PowerPoint, LinkedIn
