Responsibilities Lead business expansion in Italy, hiring key personnel and establishing leadership. Develop and execute strategies to secure major data centre projects. Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders. Manage the tendering process and ensure the company is on key tender lists. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company growth objectives. About You Proven track record in business development, sales, or project management within the construction or data centre industry. Strong industry network and experience working with major clients and stakeholders. Expertise in tendering, negotiation, and securing contracts for large-scale projects.
