In this role, you will sell outsourced accounting and finance solutions to multi-unit operators in the restaurant sector.
You will manage the sales cycle, from setting meetings to closing deals with CFOs and financial decision-makers at mid-market multi-unit businesses before handing off to the solutions team to execute.

If you have a proven track record in multi-unit back-office solutions or outsourced services sales, managing complex deals in the restaurant, retail, auto service, and/or wellness sectors, and are a true hunter, this role offers unlimited earnings potential and career growth.
ResponsibilitiesProspect and identify potential customers within the multi-unit restaurant verticalBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking events, etc. Initiate contact, schedule meetings with decision-makers, CFOs, controllers, and business ownersDeliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, address objectionsListen to customer needs, assess requirements, and tailor solutions to meet specific business goalsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in collaboration with internal support teamProvide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progressRespond promptly to customer needs, ensure comprehensive follow-through on all requestsConduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential leadsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition to client onboardingStay current with industry trends and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree required7+ years of B2B sales or business development (individual contributor) experience required7+ years of back-office solutions / outsourced F&A services experience requiredExperience engaging with CFO's and financial decision-makers of multi-unit entities requiredProven success in developing and closing new business with large revenue targets requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredWillingness/ability to travel up to 30% required
