Job DescriptionMarket Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the hotel's objectives and market dynamics. Identify target market segments and develop tailored strategies to penetrate and capture market share. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements. Continuously explore new revenue streams, such as group bookings, events, packages, and ancillary services. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained to foster guest loyalty and positive reviews. Actively engage with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement loyalty programs and retention strategies to encourage repeat business and enhance guest satisfaction. Networking and Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish professional relationships. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to remain competitive and adaptive in the market. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess effectiveness of business development strategies. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
