A&M Italy is a very well established business and our MD leadership team is a collection of highly experienced professionals across Restructuring, Performance Improvement, Corporate Transformation and Transaction Advisory.
They are supported by an exceptional team drawn from industry and professional services.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Milan as part of our pan European Relationship Management team.
**Main responsibilities include**:
- Act as an internal account manager for a number of key practice areas, attending Business Development meetings
- Monitor and research key clients / sector areas & participate in review meetings
- Own, maintain and update various information databases, such as Salesforce
- Maintain & update marketing collateral, case study databases and support A&M teams on external client proposals and pitches
- Maintain & develop pipeline dashboards and provide analysis and interpretation of data
- Delivering periodic KPI's from Salesforce and input into the annual review process
- Previous experience of a Business Development role in a leading Advisory firm
- Strong communication and analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail
- Well developed interpersonal skills combined with the ability to create strong working relationships at all levels
- Ability to take ownership of deliverables and work to tight deadlines in combination with a positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
- Fluency in Italian & English.
Other European languages are desirable but not essential
- University degree, ideally Financial background
