**Posizione**:
Battery storage market is booming in the world and NHOA is positioning to become a leader in the market.
Declining lithium-ion battery prices, increasing solar PV installations and electric vehicles development are many factors driving the battery market.
This role, as part of the Global Markets and Development team, drives NHOA business development and growth.
The Business Development Manager reports to the VP Global Market and Development.
**The Opportunity
The Business Development Manager role is a critical role for scaling NHOA.
In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership of strategic pursuits across the utility-scale battery energy storage market, in line with the business' growth strategy.
You will support to set the strategy to develop the activity complementary to NHOA system integrator business model.
Rapidly growing activity, you will recruit developers to support the scalability.
This will include a requirement to:
- Establish the strategy for NHOA to develop its business model and exploring various market opportunities
- Dive into market knowledge to boost understanding of key enablers to successful business cases
- Identify, analyse, and pursue battery storage projects through M&A and partnerships with developers to rapidly increase our robust pipeline of projects
- Work along side NHOA's technical team and legal team to qualify and develop opportunities
- Build strong relationship with all related stakeholders
- Influence the development of NHOA's technologies, products and solutions to ensure they meet and exceed markets requirements
- Support in building the team for scaling NHOA business model
**Requisiti**:
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have:
- Enthusiasm about the energy storage industry and entrepreneurship spirit
- 5-7 years' experience in Battery Energy Storage and/or renewable industry
- Strong origination skills to be able to identify new opportunities and analytical skill set to develop them
- A humble and hands-on solid team player with a collaborative and consultative approach comfortable in fast-paced working environment
- Strong will to travel when required
- Advanced level of English (written and oral)
