The primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with clients in industries such as furniture, fashion, and other luxury markets.
The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a proven ability to translate client needs into innovative creative solutions leveraging HF's expertise. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market, focusing on furniture, fashion, and luxury brands. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CMOs, brand managers, and marketing directors. Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and revenue goals. Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions using HF's CGI, digital twinning, and creative production services. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that align with client needs. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and refine strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with HF's global offices to leverage international expertise and deliver seamless client experiences. Key QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of business development or sales experience in creative production, digital marketing, or related industries.
Experience in the furniture or luxury markets is highly desirable. Network: A robust network of contacts within Italy's design, fashion, or luxury sectors. Skills: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to pitch creative solutions and negotiate contracts. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge: Familiarity with imaging, post production, CGI, digital twinning, and content creation workflows is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build trust and credibility with clients. Attitude: Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for creativity and innovation. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Revenue growth from the Italian market. Number of new client accounts acquired. Retention and satisfaction rates of key clients.
