Business Development Manager
Job Description This role involves frequent travel (2-3 days per week) to:
Develop new retail partners Collaborate with existing retail partners to increase sales and improve channel visibility by: Monitoring purchase, sell-out, and inventory data.
Planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
Visit key IMOU retail partners and shops to negotiate local deals and provide tools to boost sales (e. g. , marketing materials and training).
Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness through brand launches, product reviews, and influencer partnerships.
Conduct market research to gather competitive insights and develop strategies to stay ahead.
Job Requirements Experience in retail store management and operations.
Knowledge of procurement procedure of major distributors and retailers.
At least 3 years of sales experience in CES/DIY channels; Smart Home experience is a plus.
Strong market insights, planning, and business analysis skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities.
Bachelor's degree required; fluency in English.
Passion for new technology and the Smart Home industry.
Comfortable with frequent travel.
