The Role:Drive new sales, sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure dealsDevelop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targetsBuild strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholdersAnalyze sales performance and implement strategies for improvementStay ahead of market trends and provide competitor analysisWork closely with marketing and product teams to align strategiessolution presentations, positioning our technology as a superior offeringCoordinate technical support for demos, PoCs, and customer trainingDevelop compelling proposals and value propositions for clientsRequirements: M. or degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of business development experience in engineering/tech sales with a proven success recordExcellent communication organizational skillsAbility to collaborate with globally distributed teamsStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approachFluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)Willingness to travel up to 50%
