We are looking for an Business Development Manager It would be great if you are based in _Milán_, but if you live in other state from the Italy, don't hesitate to apply!

We are looking for a professional with consolidated experience developing business in our industry, services and information technology.

With deep knowledge in the IT environment, he/she has leadership capacity, analysis and organization capacity, team working, is compromised and an active listener, and is willing to keep growing and assume a new professional challenge.

What would you do?

- Gain potential clients, working closely with the Business Unit direction.

- Develop new business.

- Manage an assigned key clients portfolio.

- Define and identify technical needs of our clients.

- Provide technical support and guidance to ensure the deployment of our solutions and services properly.

- Lead high level projects and provide support to the Project Managers

- Work cooperatively with different departments, operations, and PMO, when setting up technical and commercial proposals to our clients.

- Manage orders, production and provide support in the invoicing process.

For us, we would _love _ if you have:

- An IT or Telecommunications Degree or Engineering.

- Previous experience in the commercial area of an IT services and technology company is a must.

- To bring a client portfolio will be highly valuated.

- Knowledge and proven experience in defining commercial strategy, client acquisition and offer setting up.

- Experience in team sizing.

- Fluent in _English_
