We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our women woven apparel factory based in Istanbul, Turkey.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the market and acquiring new clients within the luxury fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the luxury fashion sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and services.

Develop and implement strategies to expand our orders and client base in the luxury women apparel production.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor our offerings to meet the specific needs of luxury fashion brands.

Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:Proven experience in business development within the luxury fashion industry, with a strong portfolio of clients, agents and buyers.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

In-depth knowledge of the luxury fashion market and trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Willingness to travel as needed.
