Pharma Talent Solution Manager - Manufacturing & OperationsFor our client, a growing CDMO, part of a pharmaceutical group, specialized in development and production of wide range of products we're looking for a:BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER CDMOThe position:As Business Development manager CDMO, you will report directly to the CDMO BU Director with the aim to generate new revenue streams by executing Co-Dev and MSA with New customers. Key responsibilities:Hunt new BD opportunitiesOrchestrate RFP, develop client proposals, prepare client presentations, and negotiate and close contractsPlan prospects visits and maintain sales databaseAct as a liaison between sponsor and company on all business development activities and requirements coordinating with the relevant Tech Dev team development area(s) to ensure a successful implementationEnsure client satisfaction through periodic client contact; report and develop recommendations to address client dissatisfaction; respond to all client requestsRequirements:Work Experience: 5 years BD experience in CMO/CDMO or services to Pharma industryEducation: University degree, preferably in the scientific domainProven track record of developing mid- and high- level business contactsExcellent cross functional skills in order fully integrate with Operations, Tech Dev, PPMO Finance, and Marketing.
