For our client, a growing CDMO, part of a pharmaceutical group, specialized in development and production of wide range of products we're looking for a: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER CDMO The position: As Business Development manager CDMO, you will report directly to the CDMO BU Director with the aim to generate new revenue streams by executing Co-Dev and MSA with New customers.

Key responsibilities: Hunt new BD opportunities Orchestrate RFP, develop client proposals, prepare client presentations, and negotiate and close contracts Plan prospects visits and maintain sales database Act as a liaison between sponsor and company on all business development activities and requirements coordinating with the relevant Tech Dev team development area(s) to ensure a successful implementation Ensure client satisfaction through periodic client contact; report and develop recommendations to address client dissatisfaction; respond to all client requests Requirements: Work Experience: 5 years BD experience in CMO/CDMO or services to Pharma industry Education: University degree, preferably in the scientific domain Proven track record of developing mid- and high- level business contacts Excellent cross functional skills in order fully integrate with Operations, Tech Dev, PPMO Finance, and Marketing.

Advanced level of business English (essential); additional European languages is an advantage
