Role Profile:As Senior Associate, Business Development, you will be helping to develop and deliver the Italian business strategy to maximize client acquisition.
You will be a strategic and tactical operator, optimizing the work of your team and elevating Unispace's brand in Italy.
Responsibilities:Your primary responsibilities will involve business development and client acquisition across Italy.
The key elements of the role involve the following:
Development and execution of the local Business Development and Client strategyDeliver key expertise and value through networking, cold calling, research, and intelligenceDevelop multi-discipline relationships across the market to achieve a high level of sales pipelineUndertake lead source analysis and drive lead managementMap and manage local client strategies and relationships around focus areasAttract target clients utilizing fresh and innovative approachesUndertake 80/20 conversion analysis to support local business planningImplement strategies around research projects and eventsCollaborate across disciplines, regions, and within studios to identify opportunities and drive for continual improvementDrive Business Development methodology, standards/practices, processes, and technology solutions within the Studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organizationDevelop and deploy strategies that will result in a high sales conversion rate with target clientsEnsure strategies are effective for the needs of the local marketDemonstrate success in supporting and driving cross-regional client opportunitiesAlign business development initiatives with the Unispace brandImplement effective research projects and eventsImplement a local risk management plan with evidence of appropriate action takenMaintain consistency of standards, technology solutions, and processes across the region to achieve global brand capability, drive best practices, and achieve efficienciesAbout you:Extensive local market and industry knowledge and networkCommercial awareness and business acumenExcellent communication and influencing skillsExperience in client-facing relationship and direct lead management preferredExperience in utilizing cold calling techniques as a method to build relationships with potential leadsResilience and organizational agilityClient-oriented and results-drivenWhat we offer:In return, you will receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension, paid holiday leave, and travel opportunities across our global offices.
