Business Development Manager Ct/Lic Emea South
Main responsibilities**:
- Understand the regional business scope for the segments and deliver CT/LIC segment goals and accelerated growth in the region
- Support market leaders in ensuring the execution of the segment strategy and overseeing if the segments have the required resources
- Work with local teams to identify new customer & target segments and overpass potential blockers in the sales pipeline
- Support local teams by sharing market information, regional best practices, business tools and effective use-cases
- Understand local needs and determine regional requirements to steer respective activities/developments
- Develop relationship with Key Account Customers
- Support segment sales pipeline in regions and work with local teams to identify new customer & segments and how to approach them.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering fields or equivalent is required. An advanced degree (MBA or other) is preferred.
- Fluent English
- Significant experience in a matrix organization, strong understanding of distribution and direct business
- Sales Manager or BDM experience in Industrial segment (Agricultural machines, robotic, equipment ; coating market experience would be a plus).
- Willingness to travel in EMEA South Region
- Management Skills: Expertise in strategic management, business development, planning, and operations management is essential.
- Leadership: Ability to influence and motivate a team, make informed decisions, and effectively manage resources to achieve business objectives.
- Sales and Business Development Skills: Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, as well as identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Customer Orientation: Customer focused attitude, commitment to customer satisfaction, and understanding of specific customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present information clearly and convincingly, negotiate, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
