Business Development Manager

InterSystems Italy seeks to hire an energetic, achievement-oriented Business Development Manager who will define and execute a strategy designed to raise awareness of our healthcare-centric solutions capability.
The Business Development Manager will be tasked with managing and developing relationships with new and existing end-user customers, primarily regions and hospitals, to uncover potential opportunities for HealthShare as a solution to meet the target organisation's interoperability needs.
In addition, the Business Development Manager will be tasked with managing and developing relationships with existing and prospect Application Partners in Italy.
We believe that the key to raising awareness of HealthShare's broad based capabilities will be to engage at the C level within the various target organisations. Key Responsibilities Discover, qualify and develop opportunities for HealthShare in the Italian marketThe primary objective is to secure new name business and to build mutually rewarding long-term customer relationshipsMotivate internal and external staff/resources to focus on desired business outcomesWork with sales support to provide timely proposals to customersManage, escalate and resolve technical or contractual issuesDevelop effective prospecting strategies to target new customers in order to identify need and areas where our solutions can provide valueLeverage existing customers and use reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new name business Work with existing Application Partners to determine roadmap.
