Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of GreenYellow, a French company present on four continents and operating in the energy management solutions, particularly in the energy efficiency and renewable energy sector, is looking for a:
**Business Development Manager - Decentralized PV and Energy Efficiency
Under the responsibility of Europe Business Development Director and GreenYellow Italy Country Director, the Business Development Manager will support GreenYellow development and achievement of energy projects in Italy.
**Main activities**:
- Analyze market dynamics, local electricity sale system and select opportunities in GreenYellow activities (decentralized solar PV C&I and energy efficiency) ;
- Develop and implement GreenYellow local business strategy, co-define the commercial action plan in line with the overall strategy;
- Build an eco-system of partners: business advisor, EPC and solar PV construction companies;
- Develop the customer portfolio and network of contacts;
- Ensure the management and follow-up of key accounts and establish long-term relationships;
- Work closely with Key Account Management (KAM) team for prospects suggested by our shareholders;
- Be proactive with identified customers to support them, meet them regularly;
- Lead definition and writing of commercial offers and develop proposals, with the help of the technical and financial teams, including business plan;
- Coordinate with M&A and Europe team on M&A target selection and analysis;
- Participate in local events (fairs, professional organizations, etc. ) and represent GreenYellow;
- Build a small team to support the commercial presence in Italy in the medium term.
**Requirements**:
- Strong business experience in Sales (10+ years) in renewable energy, C&I Solar PV, energy efficiency will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of Italian business landscape for PV C&I and EE;
- Agility with financial figures (PV PPA business plan);
- Good relation skills, strong professional network in target industries;
- Entrepreneurship mind-set, capability of generating leads and build relationship at top management level;
- Regular travel to client sites and potentially to Paris HQ;
- Language : Italian is a must, good practice of English, French is a plus.
