Business Development Manager
Responsibilities and objectives of the role
- Implement the company's strategy for attracting and engaging new customers in the target markets
- Create and maintain valuable relationships with customer, becoming its main referent for the company
- Define and implement a sales development strategy on assigned customers
- Maximize the profitability of the customers
- Create and promote team work attitude with all the stakeholders (customers, product owners, product managers) involved in the retention activities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to oversee the planning of customers' activities.
- Promote the value stream generated for customers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in implementing acquisition, retention and development strategies with customers
- Experience in selling software and IT services
- Experience in international environments
- Proficient in project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
- Italian and English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
- At least 5 years of experience in the role
- Considered as a plus:_
- _Experience in the gaming industry_
- _Spanish language_
- _French language_
