RINA is looking for a **Business Development Manager **to join its BU.

**Main Tasks**:

- Contribution to the Business Development Strategy definition and execution

- Full independency in proposal / bid process and sales management

- Identification of new services on the basis of the market needs

- Contribution to the offers pipeline and order intake

- Identification of opportunities for alliances and partnerships

- Identification of targets of potential acquisitions

- Monitoring of competitors' activities and market intelligence

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Engineering or related discipline

- At least 3/4 years experience in Business Development or commercial role

- Knowledge of the Railway & Metro market sector,

- Success in preparing and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements

- Being self-motivated, proactive and open-minded

- Strong business attitude

- Being a team-player with capability to work with distributed international teams

- Fluent English is mandatory.

A second language is considered a plus.

- Available for missions worldwide
