Business Development Manager - Indirect Channels Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a dynamic player, which is developing and operating a high-power charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, is looking for:

Business Development Manager – Indirect Channels

He/She will be responsible for leading and ensuring the achievement of network targets (public and private), through indirect sales channels.

Main Responsibilities:

Implement and develop channel strategies to maximize development opportunities and achieve targets; Identify and recruit new partners (agency, brokers, etc. ); Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing support and training; Monitor channel performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for optimizing channel effectiveness; Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of channel strategies with company targets. Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field; At least 5 years of experience in the energy market (experience in the EV market will be a plus); Proficiency in English; Target-oriented, availability to work in a team; Self-driven and capable of quickly learning new products, processes, and systems; knowledgeable about the market and competitors, allowing him/her to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators, and establish strong relationships to acquire and retain a book of business to meet and exceed goals; Good record-keeping and organizational skills; Ability to travel.
